Welcome Bell Oaks parents, guardians, and family members – we look forward to another successful school year! The Bell Oaks Upper Elementary School has a staff of dedicated educators who are committed to educating the whole student through an environment that promotes an open line of communication with the entire school community. The commitment of each of the staff members involves the goal of making each child’s experience challenging, safe, enjoyable and well rounded. At the Bell Oaks Upper Elementary School academic and physical needs go hand in hand with each students self esteem and confidence.
Our focus on the academic development of our students can be seen in the day to day activities that take place at our site. Some of our new instructional initiatives include, but are not limited to the following: NWEA online assessment program, LEADS program on the 5th/6th grade levels, continued focus on differentiated and small group instruction, curriculum revisions for all subjects, and Team Time during the regular school day schedule.
We encourage all students to get involved in the multitude of extracurricular activities that are available. There are opportunities for every child to become part of some club, sport or group that functions either before or after school.
The Bell Oaks School will continue to strive to give our students the best education possible – and we encourage all parents and community members to become involved in our school community!
