Patricia Bartley-CST Supervisor

     As CST Director my primary responsibility is coordinating the efforts of the team members to complete evaluations of children suspected of having learning disability or children who have behavior disorders.
    My prior experience includes 11 years teaching Special Education students in a Resource Center setting at Bell Oaks School. During this time I was and remain actively involved in collaborating with our teaching staff in scheduling and placing students in an appropriate special education setting that is least restrictive.
 

 

Dr. Denise Bucich-Naylor, Ph. D-Psychologist

     The primary Responsibility of the school psychologist are to test students for intellectual (cognitive) and emotional functioning, utilizing I.Q. and other standardized tests. Other responsibilities include individual/group counseling and case management.
     Dr. Denise Bucich-Naylor has over 20 years experience in School Psychology.

     The school social worker is responsible for interviewing families, completing social assessments, individual/group counseling (as needed), parent counseling, crisis management, case management, out of district placements, and coordinating the Medicaid initiative,CCTS Special Needs Assessments, Resource Developments/referrals.
     Ms. Andews-Collette has been the school social worker at Bellmawr for 14 1/2 years. She also supervises graduate level Social worker students.
 

 

Roseanne Yezzo-Learning Consultant

     A certified learning consultant is responsible for evaluating students on an individual basis to determine their current achievement levels. Evaluations are conducted on students from age 3 to 8th grade, including all three schools in district. This information  is used in combination with the other CST reports to determine if a child would benefit from Special Education. Additional responsibilities include: working with parents, teachers, administrators, PAC,and completing paperwork. Mrs. Yezzo is also case manager for Bellmawr Park School.
     Mrs. Yezzo was a special education teacher for 11 years and has been the learning Consultant in Bellmawr for the past 10 years.

The Special Education Counselor provides individual counseling to special education students pre K -8th grade. He also provides group counseling sessions for children with behavioral needs and anger management difficulties. He organizes and implements programs for students dealing with divorce, death in the family, peer pressure, and social skills deficits and bullying
