Patricia Bartley
Director of Special Services

Mrs. Bartley is a graduate of Glassboro State College where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree as Teacher of the Handicapped. Mrs. Bartley received her Masters Degree in School Leadership from Wilmington College and has obtained her certification as a school principal. Mrs. Bartley began her special education teaching career in the Bellmawr School District at Bell Oaks School in 1994 and after 11 years, became the Director of Special Services in 2005.

As the Director of Special Services for the Bellmawr School District, Mrs. Bartley is responsible for the supervision of all the special education programs, services, and personnel. She supervises the evaluations, testing and eligibility of all students referred to the Child Study Team, making sure the district remains in compliance. Mrs. Bartley is also the School Choice Coordinator, Section 504 Compliance Officer, Supervises the Guidance Department and district Paraprofessionals. Mrs. Bartley is dedicated to providing students with special needs an excellent education in the least restrictive environment.
