Bell Oaks hosted their 1st annual People’s Choice Awards on Thursday March 7, 2024. 30 students were nominated for this award based on the following criteria: The People’s Choice Awards is an opportunity for our staff to nominate a student who has left a positive and lasting impression on them for one reason or another. The recipient may have perhaps made a difference in the lives of others in our school, had a positive impact, or shown resilience during hardships.
One by one each staff member came up to read their summary on the student they nominated. Each student listened intently and waited anxiously to find out which staff had selected them. It was wonderful to hear all the personal reasons why each student was selected. This event was a huge success, and it was wonderful to see the students recognized for their lasting impressions on our staff. Family members and friends were able to join in on this celebration! Thank you to all involved!

Girls on the Run this spring at the Bellmawr Recreation Center on Mondays and Thursdays. Students within the school district grades 3-5 are encouraged to sign up. Spots are limited. Girls are only allowed to register if they can attend BOTH Mondays and Thursdays.
Read Across America week is well underway at Bell Oaks. We started the week in Grinchiest Green attire and are celebrating Wacky Wednesday today. Bell Oaks is enjoying the fun and games in the library this week as well as seeing Administration and staff participating!

Baseball tryouts will be split into 2 days. Please note that tryout dates will be determined by grade level.
5th & 6th Grade Tryouts = Tuesday, March 12th @ The Bellmawr Batting Cages - 3:30-5:00.
7th & 8th Grade Tryouts = Wednesday, March 13th @ The Bellmawr Batting Cages - 3:30-5:00.

The Bell Oaks Boys Basketball team captured the Camden County Basketball League Crown! In a fan packed crowd this Saturday, Bell Oaks defeated Merchantville 51-44 capping a perfect season with a 19-0 record! Congratulations to the team and Coaches Mazzucca and Reilly!
